Our Story
The numbers tell a painful truth:

In Ohio alone, 210,019 suspensions were issued in the 2022–2023 school year. Nearly half were for “disobedient/disruptive behavior”—a highly subjective category often influenced by bias.

Black and Latino students are suspended and expelled at disproportionately higher rates than their peers.
